The FY2027 application will open October 6, 2025.
Please accept our thanks for the service your agency provides to our community. For your agency to be considered for funding from the City of Williamsburg’s FY2027 budget, an application must be submitted by the deadline of 4:30 pm on Friday, November 7, 2025. Additionally, to be considered for funding, the agency must be current on all its taxes and fees owed to the City.
On the application, you will be asked to select one of the following types of funding requests:
• Outside Agency Application - General Funding Request
Use this application when applying for outside agency funding unless your funding is formula-based (see below).
• Outside Agency Application - Funding Formula/Dues
Requests for funding that result from a contract or agreement with the City (such as regional agreements), based on a funding formula (such as population), or are dues-based should complete this application.
• Human Services Partner Agency Application
Use this application if your agency partners with Williamsburg Human Services.
